We do not accept every project. Total Project Oversight (Tier 6) is our most comprehensive and demanding level of advocacy. Under this tier, I become your boots on the ground. Because of the intense, hands-on nature of Field Command, my team and I can only take on a strictly limited number of these projects per year. We only partner with homeowners who are serious about uncompromising quality and are willing to let us enforce the Manufacturer's Gold Standard without interference.
How Field Command Protects You
Full-Day Oversight & The "Warranty Dossier" We don’t just do a 15-minute "drive-by" like standard project managers. For Tier 6 builds, I am onsite functionally the entire day. From the initial tear-off to the final magnetic sweep for nails during clean-up, the site is under strict observation. I document every single critical phase with high-resolution photos and video—whether it's the underlayment on a roof, the weather-barrier behind your siding, or the precise flashing around a new window. You get a complete, undeniable visual dossier of the build. If a manufacturer ever tries to deny a warranty claim in the future, you have the exact proof required to force them to honor it.
The Ultimate Stress Shield (Onsite Conflict Resolution) Construction is chaotic, and even good crews make mistakes. If I catch a crew cutting a corner or installing something incorrectly, you don't have to deal with it. I step in immediately, tell the crew to stop, and directly contact the contractor's project manager to force a correction. I don't run to you in a panic. You will simply be informed in your end-of-day brief once it's already handled (unless it requires an immediate executive decision). You never have to have an uncomfortable confrontation on your own lawn. I take the hit for you.
Absolute Financial Leverage We build strict financial leverage directly into your contract. Your chosen contractor will take a maximum 0-35% upfront deposit. They do not get their final, massive payout until the job is 100% complete, the site is clean, and I have personally verified the work meets our uncompromising standards. The contractor knows they have to get past me to get paid.

You cannot buy Total Project Oversight directly off this website. It must be earned through our vetting process.
Step 1: You must first book a Tier 4 Onsite Diagnosis.
Step 2: I will come to your property, evaluate the scope of the project, and determine the exact requirements of your build.
Step 3: If we determine that your project meets our strict standards and we have the bandwidth to take it on, we will formally invite you to apply for Tier 6 Total Project Management.
